Plant Replacement and Refund Policy
We make every possible effort to get the plants to you in excellent condition. If any plants do not arrive in good condition (when promptly picked up) you have three choices: 1) The plants can be replaced free of charge with your next order. 2) we can issue a credit note for replacement with another plant of your choice with your next order, or 3) you may pay the shipping cost for sending replacement plants without placing an additional order. We would like to see photos of problems that may have occurred. Since we have no control over their culture after you receive them, we regret that we can make no guarantees after the plants are in your hands. If you delayed in picking up your order, we will not be responsible if the plants are damaged. If there is a chance you will be out of town when the order is to be shipped, please advise us by e-mail or by telephone so we can delay shipment. We can notify you by e-mail if you wish as to when your order will be shipped.
